After orders are shipped you will receive a shipping notification from either the United States Postal Service (USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com) or United Parcel Service (QuantumViewNotify@ups.com). 

Please allow an extra week for orders with embroidered items.  Orders normally ship within 2-3 days.  During the height of the ordering season, we appreciate your patience.  Please email us at rooforders@aol.com to check your order status if you have not received your order in a timely manner.

All returns must have a RA #. Click here for more information on RA #'s.  Please email or call with explanation of return or exchange and we will send you an email with the Return Authorization # (RA#).

(IF USING A CREDIT CARD, BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME AS CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS.  THE "cvv2" SECURITY CODE NUMBER ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE CREDIT CARD MUST BE ENTERED.  FAILURE TO COMPLETE ALL THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL DELAY THE ORDER.)
