If all items ordered are in stock, order will ship within 1 to 3 working days via
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 transit days) for packages weighing 1 to 2 lbs.
Orders weighting 3 lbs or more, will generally ship via UPS (2-5 transit days).
Allow 5 additional business days for embroidery.

All Claims must be made within 5 working days.

Return policy: All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#). Items may be returned unused for up to 90 days (except personalized embroidered items). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Electronic items guaranteed 1 year.  Please email or call with explanation of return or exchange and we will send you an email with the Return Authorization No. (RA#).

We will waive the 15% restocking fee for a returned item, but there will be a shipping charge for shipping a new item.  

Telephone orders will not receive internet sales price.

Please allow an extra week for orders with embroidered items.
There will be an additional shipping charge if other items are needed before embroidery item.
